This self-paced online course will provide you with actionable solutions.


Destiny is an RYT-200 certified yoga instructor and will guide you through a variety of classes - including gentle, open, and strong flows - as well as meditation and breathing exercises. She provides the opportunity to strengthen your mind and your body. Discover how to fully engage in your life with intention, mindfulness, and purpose.

Introduction to yoga, 1 hour: learn basic poses, proper alignment, and common phrases so you will be comfortable on your mat

Yinyasa flow class, 1 hour: give yourself the gift of doing something positive for both your mind and body while you focus on breath and movement; accessible to all levels

$125/hr for up to 10 people; call for larger groups


This is a two hour session focusing on the three A’s: awareness, avoidance, and action. Specific topics include:

  • awareness of self, others, and environment

  • confidence: ability to care for yourself and loved ones

  • how to recognize a problem before it happens

  • how to be a hard target and control your personal space

  • verbal de-escalation techniques

  • multiple attacker scenarios

  • escapes and counters
